If your background is PMI's CAPM or PMP or an IPMA qualification then the interface between {{Controlling A Stage}} and {{Manageing Product Delivery}} may be intuitive but it isn't in p2 vocabulary or structure. None of the other frameworks have prince's focus on the interfaces so it is possible you need more support than just this video.
